HOW IT WORKS

Welcome to the AET Northside Foundation Apparel Claim.

Please follow the steps below to submit your apparel sizing.

• Browse through the Training Shirt and T-Shirt image galleries.

• Each gallery is a slideshow. The last image contains the sizing chart in either centimetres (cm) or inches (in).

• Review the sizing charts carefully before making your selections.

• Complete the form below with your details and chosen sizes.

• If you're ordering for children, continue scrolling to complete the children's sizing sections.

• At this time, we only have access to Kids T-Shirts. A dedicated Children's Training Shirt is not currently available. Please use the Kids T-Shirt sizing chart as a reference for both garments. We will use your selected size to source the closest matching Children's Training Shirt once available.

All form submissions will be reviewed before orders are placed.
